Practice-related Information
All of our services are charged according to the German Schedule of Fees for Doctors and are covered by all private health insurance companies.
If you as private patient require transfers for other specialists, we'll be happy to issue these for you. If desired, you can name our practice as your family doctor (Primary or Family Doctor model, depending on your insurer).
Patients who are not privately insured become a bill for services directly from us. Please note that insurers of non-private patients do not pay fees for treatments related to Sports Medicine. (For example, if you are not privately insured and visit us because of chronic muscular pains, then your first appointment and detailed consultation carries a fee of ca. EUR 40.)
Please note that a practice fee of EUR 10 does not apply to patients who pay via a private bill. Also please contact us by telephone for information about fees for services like performance diagnostics, consultation related to diving, or similar sport activities.

- Waiting times are very rare at our practice. Always please call for an appointment ahead of time. Naturally patients with an acute illness will get the next possible appointment.
- Please arrange for an appointment related to testing for sports and sport consultation two weeks in advance.
- Should you be unable to come to an scheduled appoinment, please let us know so that we can adjust our plans accordingly.
- You may call for information (laboratory results, for example) towards the end of our normal office hours.
- If you need an appointment or need to change one and cannot contact us during office hours, then you can send an Email. Please include your telephone number in it. We'll contact you as soon as possible either by Email or telephone.
Please do not do any sport activities shortly before lactate level testing.
